Pursuant to their respective rules, the stock exchanges determined to
cancel all stock trades executed May 6, 2010 between 2:40:00 pm and
3:00:00 pm ET with a price deviation of greater than or less than 60%
from the reference price (during the "Review Period"). This decision
was a coordinated industry-wide decision by the stock exchanges and
cannot be appealed.Given the unusual circumstances, BATS has determined to extend the 20
minute notification period for requesting an obvious error review under
BATS Rule 20.6(d). Specifically, BATS has determined to permit any
member that believes it participated in an overlying option transaction
during the Review Period that may be adjusted or nullified in accordance
with Rule 20.6 to request a review from 8:30:00 am until 9:00:00 am ET

- BATS Options Post Mortem - Network Issue 4/7/2010

At 11:48:44 ET, BATS Options experienced an internal network connectivity issue due to a faulty interconnect cable. The faulty interconnect caused network traffic to flap between the primary path and a redundant path. The cable was replaced and both primary and redundant were restored. Trading resumed on BATS Options at 12:35:00 ET.
BATS apologizes for the inconvenience caused by this network issue and appreciates your continued business.
